  1. Report the missed tender: If you believe we have missed a tender, please email your full name, company name, customer code, and details of the missed tender to support@tendersdirect.co.uk with the subject line ‘Missed Tender’.
  2. Let us review: We will thoroughly investigate the missed opportunity and provide you with a response within 3 working days.
  3. Choose a charity: If we confirm that you should have received notification of an opportunity, and did not, we will donate £100 to a charity of your choice within 30 working days. Confirmation of the donation will be provided to you in writing.
